New digs for the Portland area's leader in party rentals.

A large warehouse (formerly owned by the Old Spaghetti Factory) on International Way in Milwaukie became the new headquarters for a leading party rental company, Portland Partyworks.
The project scope consisted of a tenant improvement updating the offices, breakroom, and restrooms serving the warehouse facility.
Wayform teamed with Interworks, LLC as the General Contractor and local structural and civil engineering consultants.

On the exterior, new loading docks with a canopy structure were designed for more efficient workflow.
