Joe McNeill
Owner / Designer
Beginning with studies in historic preservation and woodworking in historic Charleston, SC, Joe has worked professionally in both architecture and graphic design on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest. He studied architecture and urban design in Genoa, Italy in 2011— setting the foundation of his design work to focus on culturally sensitive, sustainable and urbanist principles.
His professional architecture career includes working at large firms (ZGF Architects) on projects all over the world and small residential and hospitality studios (Eldorado Architects) delivering new construction, whole house renovations, and small workspace interiors.
His graphic design experience has engaged him with Inc. 5000 companies and small startups and businesses alike. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Clemson University and a B.A. in Urban Planning & Preservation from the College of Charleston.
Caitlin Ranson
Owner / Floral Designer
Caitlin was born with flowers in her hair and quickly learned what to do with them.
A native of South Carolina with stints abroad in France, Australia, New England, and the American West, Caitlin brings a truly artistic eye to her design process. Managing floral design and special events, she uses her background in architecture to imagine inspired spaces that create lasting memories for those who are lucky enough to experience them. Her roots in the Pacific Northwest provide clients with an experienced eye for cultivating the beauty the surrounding natural world has to offer her floral designs.
She holds a B.A. in Art from Davidson College in North Carolina and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Clemson University.
