Keeping the height low (15’-0” to the peak), we worked hard to establish a fully accessible loft level for storage & living. This maximized space, efficiency and livability for years to come.
Replacing a dilapidated structure from the early 20th century, making use of the yardspace, and building in the setback at a low height to allow for a fully customized second space.
